KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Research and Interviews:

Conduct interviews with sources and company personnel to gain an in-depth understanding of our products, services, and business solutions.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
Content Creation and Editing:

Create, edit, and revise customer-facing materials, ensuring clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Develop original SEO-friendly content and revise previously published marketing materials, including blogs, press releases, email campaigns, ad copy, and presentations.

Write and edit sell sheets and other sales enablement materials for the sales team.
Press Releases and Articles:

Write press releases to announce new product or service launches, company milestones, and special events.

Contribute monthly articles to local and regional publications on various trade shows and exhibit industry topics.
Script Writing:

Assist with scriptwriting for sales representatives to support their presentations and pitches.
Collaboration and Coordination:

Collaborate with other teams, including management, sales, and marketing, to ensure cohesive branding and public relations efforts.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance our content strategy.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand complex topics.

Familiarity with SEO best practices and content management systems (CMS).

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience in the trade show, event marketing, or exhibit industry.

Knowledge of AP Style or Chicago Manual of Style.

Proficiency in using content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress).

Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, and Google Analytics is a plus.

Experience with CRM and other marketing software like HubSpot, SalesLoft, and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
