**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail stores. As the Assistant General Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your role will be instrumental in maintaining DL Cabinetry's commitment to delivering outstanding quality products while keeping costs down.
**Responsibilities:**
- Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
- Assist in managing inventory control and merchandising
- Supervise and train staff members on store policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Assist in scheduling, payroll, and time management
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with store management practices
- Knowledge of training development techniques
- Proficient in phone etiquette and communication skills
