- Arrive to work on time with a positive & upbeat attitude.
- Complete opening checklist to ensure our lobby and workstation are presentable and
tidy.
- Prepare to assist our patients and other team members.
- Check patients in, prepare documents as needed, upload patient documents to practice
software, forward any relevant information to the proper department.
- Answer minimal phone calls and document the call in the patient’s chart.
- Check patients out and schedule future appointments as ordered by the clinic.
- Complete the next day appointment check list, to ensure all important details are listed
in the appointment comments and confirm insurance activeness.
- Monitor patient flow and report any issues to the practice manager.
- Prepare and upload EOD reports and statistics to the proper parties.
- Complete closing checklist to ensure all needs for the next day are addressed.

Job Requirements:
- Bilingual (Spanish) Required
- Degree Required/Preferred
o High School or Equivalent Required
o Some College Preferred
- Work History Required/Preferred
o Demonstration of reliability in a previous role lasting more than one year.
o Employment at a company with high customer service values preferred.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft 365, NextGen or other EHR systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and requests concurrently.
- Ability to effectively deliver clear, concise written and verbal communication.
- Ability to excel individually while assisting and encouraging team members daily, foster
positive relationships between all departments, and the ability to bring actual or
potential problems to leadership.
- Strong prioritization and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure with competing demands requiring ability to effectively
organize and prioritize workload and time.
- A willingness to follow a detailed proven system to perpetuate the vision of the
company and its culture.
