We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team and provide administrative support to our staff and the President of the company.
This is initially a flexible part-time position that will grow over time into a full time position as the firm grows.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office operations, overseeing daily administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. The Office Administrator will also be expected to maintain office records, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and manage office supplies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, upgrade, and maintaine office operations and procedures.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Organize office files and records.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for office President as needed.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
- Provide administrative support to staff members.
- Assist with employee on-boarding.
- Processing of payroll, benefits, accounts payable.
- Billing and invocing and internal book-keeping.
- Assisting with account receivable.
- Maintaining professional licensing registrations, business registrations, insurance policies, etc...
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
