Duties: Build and implement data science models using Natural Language Processing techniques, machine-learning algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques to provide recommendations regarding product refinements to comply with risk management policies. Identify opportunities and optimizations for search product and propose roadmaps. Support business via operations and actively monitor for anomalies to ensure consistency. Follow agile practices for project delivery. Plan and monitor the progress of deliverables. Communicate business values generated from work delivered by the team and secure their support. Explore new opportunities to leverage data science to enhance user experience. Position allows for partial remote work (2-3 times in the office). Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Austin, TX.
Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $157,976.00 to $179,900.00 per year
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Management, Business Intelligence and Data Mining, or a related field and 48 months of experience in a related occupation. Experience must include the following: Build linear regression models, logistic regression models, decision tree models, random forest classification models, KNN clustering models, KMeans clustering models, and deep learning model using Python, Jupyter, and Spyder; Conduct sentiment analysis and buildtext classification and LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation) models using Glove, Word2Vec, Spacy, and NLTK libraries; Develop time series predictive models using ARIMA, ARIMAX, and SARIMA; Hypothesis validation & testing using T & Z tests, regression models, impact analysis, RFM analysis, and customer propensity models; Define and analyze KPIs using SQL, anddevelop visualizations and dashboards using Tableau, Python, and Adobe analytics.
