12 month full-time temporary position
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for the accuracy, reliability, integrity and completeness of the organization’s data to ensure it is compliant with all protocols and reporting requirements. This role will work closely with various departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Responsibilities

Reviews and updates patient records to ensure information is accurate, structured, and complete for reporting requirements which includes escalating complicated records as necessary.

Reconciles internal patient records with external data sources.

Partners with leadership to make determinations on how data is created and stored.

Participates in report and data validation as assigned.

Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or technical information to co-workers and others

Ability to effectively listen, empathize and pursue problem solving with co-workers to resolve mild conflicts or disagreements

Participates actively and constructively in meetings to ask questions, express own ideas and
advance solutions -
Ability to effectively convey technical information to technical and non-technical audiences

Displays basic organizational skills, typically to organize own work

Manages own time and resources effectively to ensure that own work is completed

Possesses a basic level of written and verbal communications skills, computational and computer skills and mathematical knowledge typically acquired through completion of a high school program
