Recovia, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager / Medical Sales Representative in the West Phoenix Area. Recovia is an innovative integrated outpatient program in Arizona that treats the whole person and all aspects of life through a biopsychosocial model. This comprehensive approach combines behavioral health, physical therapy, and medical care to address chronic pain, mental health, substance use, or any combination of these issues.

Pay range: TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE including commission: $60,000 - 80,000+ for the first year.
Total compensation package includes: Base salary, $700/month gas allowance, $75/month phone allowance, plus commission (tiered structure - referral based). You have the opportunity to control how much money you make based on effort and performance. More referrals = more money.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch) - full-time. No weekends or evenings
Location: Travelling around the Phoenix Area (traveling required in your own vehicle). Not an in-office position.
JOB SUMMARY of Business Development Manager:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be a part of our Business Development team and is responsible for driving brand awareness, building lasting relationships with various providers and staff, coordinating marketing activities, and using a consultative sales approach.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Make daily calls and in-office visits to prospective referral sources
- Develop strong relationships with referral sources (hospitals, Dr.'s offices, primary care, other clinics, etc.) and support staff in the area
- Maintain friendly and professional relationships with all clients and employees
- Drive referral and territory growth in your assigned territory
- Communicate marketing information effectively to referral sources and maintain records
- Utilize monthly marketing budget to host events/presentations with referral sources
- Development of campaigns and overseeing promotional events
- Prepare reports regarding sales activity as requested
- Use and maintain data in CRM system, Hubspot
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2+ years of B2B sales/marketing or Healthcare experience required
- Current and valid state driver’s license required
- Must comply with Recovia’s driver insurance minimums per Recovia policy
- Ability for innovation, problem solving, creativeness, flexibility, and having fun.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective time management, organization, and leadership skills
- Charismatic, outgoing, and friendly personality
