We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote our products/services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating engaging diverse personalities across various channels.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans and campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales efforts by providing marketing collateral, sales tools, and training materials to enable the sales team to effectively communicate product/service benefits to customers.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts and online presence, including content creation, community engagement, and monitoring analytics to optimize performance.
- Plan and coordinate promotional events, outreach shows, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Assist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
- Maintain client confidentiality in accordance with the Healthcare Information Portability & Accountability Act.

PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Associates’ degree in marketing, business development, or related field required; or other equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a similar role or industry within homecare, healthcare, personal aid, social work, etc.
- Certification in digital marketing or relevant areas (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) helpful, not required.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and storytelling across various platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for developing innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Demonstrable project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrable understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and PPC advertising and capable of interpreting the data to draw insights that drive decision making.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing priorities and business needs.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward independently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
