Organization Overview:
Compudopt is a national non-profit organization that aims to provide technology access and education to under-resourced youth and their communities. Compudopt is seeking a Warehouse Operations Coordinator to be a key member of Compudopt’s Mesa, Arizona team. This full-time position is critical to the success of our organizational operations, our ability to execute programs, and to serve the community throughout the Mesa market. This position is responsible for warehouse operations, planning, and daily activities, including receiving and stowing, selecting, and packing, counting, shipping, inventory management, and documentation to ensure alignment with company standards.

Major Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of equipment to ensure efficiency and accuracy in inventory management.
- Implement and maintain warehouse organization systems, including labeling, shelf allocation, and space optimization to facilitate easy access and accurate tracking of inventory.
- Utilize the warehouse management system to accurately track, analyze, and categorize inventory.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports on stock levels and discrepancies.
- Sort, label, and log all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Document and schedule repairs for nonfunctioning devices.
- Assist with repairing, troubleshooting, reconditioning, and re-imaging laptop computers.
- Schedule repair and exchange appointments with customers.
- Enforce safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse to minimize accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Prepare, load and unload equipment and accessories into identified vehicle(s) for distribution.
- Utilize a personal or company vehicle to transport, distribute and retrieve technology equipment.
- Participate and assist with computer drive-thru distributions, computer setup and Saturday computer adoption sessions when needed.
- Follow-up on technical and troubleshooting concerns to resolve any issues and promote customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with donors and vendors to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Escalate all issues or concerns to Senior Director of Community Impact when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Minimum of one year experience in warehouse or operations distribution environment.
Special Knowledge/Skills:
- Ability to perform duties with minimal assistance.
- Ability to use warehouse equipment such as a forklift.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Positive team player who is highly organized, detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to drive a 10-26-foot box truck.
- Solid professional and ethical judgment
