The Head of Aftermarket will lead the development, implementation, and management of strategic aftermarket programs. This role involves creating growth and pricing strategies based on the aftermarket capture of the existing install base. He will use entitlement calculations to set aftermarket capture targets and develop sales strategies to achieve these targets. Additionally, the role includes establishing value-based pricing for aftermarket products and managing resources to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and profit parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement aftermarket growth strategies focused on analytics, market opportunities, and customer needs.
- Build and manage an aftermarket team to achieve growth and pricing objectives, including business analytics, inside sales, service solutions, and expedited support.
- Design and manage analytical tools and dashboards using Power BI to map installed bases and identify growth areas.
- Develop and implement a pricing strategy that reflects market dynamics and customer dependencies.
- Oversee inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and turnover rates, focusing on high-cost and high-use parts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of growth initiatives, tracking key performance metrics such as bookings, sales, gross margin, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create strategic marketing programs and territory-specific plans to enhance aftermarket penetration and performance.
- Drive the aftermarket sales team to forecast, meet, and exceed sales targets.
- Handle additional responsibilities as needed to support the aftermarket business unit.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Sales and Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in leading aftermarket programs within the industrial or related sectors.
