**Job Title:** Office Manager
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of excellence to spearhead our administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, proactive leader who is responsible for managing office activities, coordinating staff schedules, and ensuring efficient office operations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff to enhance skills and productivity
- Manage and lead a team of clerical and administrative personnel
- Ensure cross-training of all administrative personnel and critical audits are in place
- Serve as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exemplifying professionalism and superior communication skills
- Assist with onboarding of new staff through complete training of company's policies and operational systems
- Faciliate office staff meetings
- Oversee office management tasks such as supply inventory, vendor management, and facility maintenance
- Responsible for the daily opening, closing and security of the office
- Manage operations of all office computer and telephone systems
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, etc
- Ensure organizational effectiveness by implementing processes to streamline operations
- Spearhead special projects and initiatives to support company objectives and growth
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Proven experience in office management with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships at all levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines consistently
