Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC is seeking a Business Development Manager for their Transaction Advisory department. The role involves close collaboration with practice and marketing leaders and focuses on generating qualified opportunities through diverse channels and methods. Responsibilities include supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and events, building relationships, and advocating within internal firm channels to promote the firm's Valuation, Transaction Advisory (TAS) practice. The objective of these activities is to generate and nurture leads, turning them into qualified business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
Prioritize and execute business development efforts centered around identifying new referral sources while equally strengthening existing relationships
Lead client proposals and presentations to increase and improve brand awareness in key market segments
Support other client- and engagement-related activities (e.g., engagement letters)
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience in Business Development. (Investment Banking, Buyside Transaction Advisory, Valuation, or Private Equity backgrounds are a plus.)
Demonstrated knowledge of advisory services (Quality of Earnings, Due Diligence, Valuations) and target clients (Private Equity, Lenders, Family Office etc)
Expert networker and connector with solid communication skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Experience in a competitive or professional team-based environment
Education and Experience:

BA/BS in Business or related field
