We are looking for a someone to join our team as Sunset Key Front Desk/Overnight shift. You will be responsible for speaking with guests to coordinate amenities, excursions, reservations, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out
- Answer guest questions regarding local area facilities and be able to give proper directions to these areas.
- Demonstrate proper telephone etiquette, transferring of calls, and taking accurate messages for guests.
- Manage guest experience by informing guests of various activities and dining around the area. Booking any activity or reservations as requested by guest.
- Act as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements
- Understand customer’s needs and provide them with personalized solutions by suggesting activities and facilities provided by the hotel
- Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations
- Answer the phone and make reservations, take and distribute messages or mail and redirect calls
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer service oriented, ability to multi-task, detail oriented, and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of the surrounding area and all of its attractions.
- Knowledge of OPERA and related computer programs
