Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Trucking clerical duties, and office management. If you are proficient in excel have strong data entry skills, and possess knowledge in Human resources, filing, and answering phones we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Assist with administrative tasks including preparing contracts and managing notes
- Handle phone calls and correspondence professionally
- Utilize a computer for scheduling, email communication, and document management
- Provide clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
- Assist with proofreading documents for accuracy
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Manage social media posts
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Proficiency in using phone systems
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
