Our office staff acts as a support system for each crew member and is always here to help. Our crews travel for 6 to 8 weeks at a time with 1 week home. While on the road our crews stay in Airbnb's and hotels. This position is a construction labor trade with technical aspects that must be mastered to excel. On-the-job training is provided for all new employees to ensure safe operations and familiarity with our process. Our training provides you with the ability to hit the ground running and excel as a successful crew member. We provide a clear line for promotions and growth within the company beginning from any role. We are looking for dedicated new team members for our continuing expanding company.
Break down:
6-8 weeks travel through the United States.

Compensation: $60,000-$85,000 Per year ($900-$1100 per project. Average project is 4-5 days) Paid Bi-weekly

Essential Functions:
- Installs LVT, and carpet tiles, as directed
- Mixes and applies required compounds to join and adhere foundation/flooring material
- May be required to perform a variety of calculations related to surface area, cubic volume and material quantities
- Sweeps, scrapes, sands, or cleans base surfaces to correct imperfections that may show through the covering
- Determines traffic areas and decides location of seams as applicable
- Cuts coverings and foundation materials according to blueprints and sketches
- Uses and maintains hand tools and equipment safely, ability to identify and correct environment or other workplace hazards
- Willingness to learn and receive instruction/direction from project manager
- MUST be able to travel for 6-8 weeks at a time
- Pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk for a full 6-12 hour day
- Able to work overnight when needed
- Maintain all equipment up to standard
- Able to multi-task and make sound decisions quickly
- Good communication skills
- OSHA 10 card is a plus
