Job Description
This position manages the day-to-day workflow and life cycle of brand driven creative projects, yearly and seasonal campaigns, spanning both digital and print. Including but not limited to deliverables across social media, special projects, direct mail and learning & development.
Responsibilities:
Manage brand led creative projects from conception through delivery, including but not limited to yearly & seasonal campaigns, direct mail, print, packaging & special projects.
Work with internal stakeholders to gather and implement project scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and deadlines.
Develop detailed schedules and work with in-house creative team including production & post-production and external vendors to oversee daily workflow, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines/budgets.
Lead efficient meetings and manage expectations: communicating vision, deliverables, updates & urgency as needed, involving key team members at optimal levels for success and overall accountability.
Partner with creative leads to ensure projects are trafficked for approval by Creative Director & CMO on a weekly basis.
Schedule meetings and set agendas for creative approvals with CMO & President and ensure all teams and assets are prepared for presentation.
Keep projects on track through clear agendas, task lists, issue tracking, status reports, and meeting notes.
Work with key departments including Marketing, E-commerce and Merchandising throughout the progress of projects to encourage collaboration and ensuring alignment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
5+ years project management experience working in fashion/luxury field or advertising agency.
Expert knowledge of project lifecycle from original concept to final deliverable, specifically photo & motion.
Experience in project managing 360 brand campaign, including managing deliverables, timelines and developing project plans.
Highly organized and self-disciplined with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and resources.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Expert in advanced project management tools including Monday.com.
Detail oriented, efficient, self-starter, highly productive and collaborative approach to work.
Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to cope with tight deadlines with a proactive approach.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Expertise in technical tools including entire Office 365 Professional Suite and good understanding of Adobe Master Suite, Figma & Frame.io.
Ability to close a project, conduct post-mortems and develop a process of continued improvement.

Estimate Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000
Base pay is one component of David Yurman’s total compensation package, which may also include the following for eligible employees: access to healthcare benefits, 401(k) plan, bonus, employee discounts, Summer Fridays (corporate roles), generous paid time off, sick time, and more.
