Proactive Pediatrics is a small business providing pediatric in-home speech therapy in Denver, CO and the surrounding metro area (suburbs). We are inclusive, supportive, and collaborative of both our community and our team members. Our goal is to provide comprehensive speech therapy services to the Early Intervention (0-3) population defined by quality of care and employee satisfaction. The majority of our clientele are birth to 3 years old with additional opportunities available for ages 3-18. We thrive on giving children and their families the necessary tools and resources to find success.
We are currently looking for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide in-person/in-home based services in the Denver metro area including options for Denver, Arapahoe, Adams, Jefferson, Douglas and Weld counties. Proactive Pediatrics will consider a variety of applicants ranging from a recent graduate who has obtained their CCC, to an experienced therapist. The ideal candidate will have experience in pediatrics. We provide the ability for you to design your own schedule. Our candidate will work independently in the field with consistent access to a mentor. That candidate will routinely collaborate on a professional and educational team to facilitate maximum professional growth.

We offer competitive pay at $52.00- 62.00 per visit or $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of an IFSP (Individualized Family Service Plan) for patients.
- Conduct assessments of patients' speech, language, and communication abilities.
- Provide direct therapy to children with speech and language delays.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve communication skills.
- Educate and empower families on strategies to help build on their child's strengths
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
