We are looking for a driven customer service representative, or CSR, who will make an excellent contribution to our team! A CSR will provide relevant information to incoming and outgoing customers and act as a liaison to all of the people that come to the Jet Center at Santa Fe. The best CSRs genuinely enjoy helping customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to interact with people and get to know them on a personal level. We are seeking CSRs that are great at problem-solving, confident in their skills and abilities, and will rise above the customer service standard. The ultimate focus is to provide outstanding service, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange/assist with lodging, transportation, and catering services
- Communicate with pilots regarding their aircraft requests
- Greet and attend to the needs of any pilots and passengers
- Be a “local guide” to help our customers enjoy their Santa Fe experience!
- Manage a high multitasking environment: answer phones, respond to emails, communicate via radio, and attend to customers in the lobby
- Create reservations for upcoming arrivals and departures
- Work fluidly amongst coworkers (including the CSRs at the desk, the Line Team, and even transportation agencies) while maintaining a positive and composed attitude
- Handle customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Skills & Abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills --Strong verbal and written communication are vital to reliably transfer information back and forth to the team
- Proficient computer skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work in a team-environment as well as independently
- Willingness to take initiative where necessary
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state Driver’s License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
