Job Description:
The Sales Representative is a dynamic sales role requiring a blend of industry knowledge, customer service excellence, and sales proficiency. This individual is responsible for guiding customers through the journey of understanding, designing, and purchasing their ideal ADU. They create and maintain lasting customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust while managing the end-to-end sales process. You will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identifying new sales opportunities and developing leads
● Cold calling and prospecting potential clients
● Meeting with clients face-to-face to present our products and services
● Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction and winning the referral
● Collaborating with design teams to develop custom solutions for clients
● Selling life solutions within an assigned geographic territory
● Developing relationships within real estate community
● Prospecting for new business and generating new leads
● Responsible for prompt follow up on pre-qualified leads provided by HQ
● Required to make professional sales presentations
● Meet or exceed sales goals that are set and agreed upon by the Director of Sales
● Required attendance at all team meetings and events within the designated geographic territory
● Provide customer feedback on products and marketplace conditions
● Manage leads, opportunities, and customers using the company CRM system
● Travel is required within territory, approximately 75%
● Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas
● Providing regular reports on sales activities and progress by managing CRM activity

Qualifications
● Min. 2 years of sales experience
● ADU Specialist Certification is a plus
● Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
● Highly energetic, prepared to move fast
● Ability to work during weekends, if required
● Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
● Strong interpersonal skills
● Good organizational skills
● Speed to lead urgency
● Strong negotiation skills
● Ability to persuade and influence others
● Understanding of market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities
● Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● New Construction or Real Estate experience a plus
● Must reside in the Bay Area or San Jose Area

● Commission Only (Uncapped) Est Earnings $98,000-$283,000
