Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate records of daily activities.
· Ensure compliance with approved procedures and risk assessments.
· Ensure proactive management of safety and quality by the Contractor.
· Lead by example and maintain a high focus on safety.
Tasks:
· Prepare and distribute Daily Progress Reports (DPRs).
· Review and understand Risk Assessments/Method Statements and QHSE documents.
· Attend daily meetings, toolbox talks, and discussions as the site representative.
· Be present as a witness during key activities.
· Participate in safety walks with HSE representatives.
· Conduct inspections, complete handover documentation, and review Contractor reports.
Deliverables:
· Daily execution records onboard Contractor’s vessels.
· DPRs, walkdown reports, and handover documentation.
· Reviewed field reports.
Mandatory:
· GWO Basic Safety Training (Sea Survival, Working at Heights, First Aid, Fire Awareness, Manual Handling).
· OGUK Medical certificate including Chester Step Test or approved equivalent.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet.
· High focus on quality and safety.
· Fluent in English.
· Can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
· Required permissions to work offshore in the US.
Recommended:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in offshore cable installation.
- Marine awareness qualifications.
- IOSH Managing Safely or similar HSE training.
- Experience with offshore CLV works and quality inspections.
