Position: Dental Front Office Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet patients and visitors, ensuring they feel welcome and valued from the moment they step through our doors.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Scheduling appointments efficiently using our dental software system.
- Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, assisting patients with any questions or concerns regarding their insurance.
- Process patient payments accurately and efficiently, maintaining meticulous records of financial transactions.
- Keep our front office area clean, organized, and inviting for patients and staff alike.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to support the smooth operation of our practice.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to ensure the integrity of patient records.
- Willingness to learn and be trained in dental software and procedures.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working at a dental front desk.
