Role
As a Quality Assurance Manager (also known as Quality Control Supervisor, QA Coordinator), you'll plan and oversee a quality assurance program to ensure food safety and product quality. You'll test and inspect products and materials, develop quality systems, train employees, and coordinate with third-party sanitation companies and federal inspectors.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university with 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
- HACCP and GFSI Certifications, preferably BRC. Animal Welfare Training – PAACO or training from a PACCO trained individual preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations, ability to multitask, and proficiency in various computer software applications.
