Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Assistant to join our team. This individual does not need to have a Real Estate License. It is actually somewhat preferred that the job applicant is not licensed to begin with. This job will be more focused on the marketing, social media marketing, appointment setting, file organizing, and overall back-end work and help for a Real Estate Agent.
Duties:
- Assist real estate agents with administrative tasks such as preparing documents, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client databases.
- Conduct market research to gather information on property listings, prices, and market trends if needed.
- Coordinate property showings and open houses.
- Assist with sales-related activities such as preparing marketing materials and coordinating advertising campaigns.
-Assist in sending out marketing materials via letters/envelopes, and coordinating with our marketing professional (currently works in our office) to draw up and design a marketing piece based on the information we give to implement in said design.
Skills:
-Strong familiarity with Social Media and how marketing via Social Media works (instagram, instagram reels, Facebook, etc)
-Have some sort of experience in marketing in a general sense
-Administrative "back-end" work: handling files, creating files, closing files, and keeping tabs on current transactions.
-Good note taker and follow ups.
-Be well-versed in how Social Media works, social media marketing, content ideas, videos, reels, etc.
-Be technologically inclined and social media inclined.
- This job does not require you to ever be on camera or anything of that matter, but will more so expect you to know how to create certain social media posts, reels, etc.
-Any expertises in design / overall creativity is a plus.
-Know how to address envelopes and be grammatically inclined and have readable writing, when sending out letters or marketing materials.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
-Opinionated, and open to bringing quality ideas to the table.
