TX Real Estate is rapidly growing, and we are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers of ranch and land properties. While you are encouraged to develop your seller and buyer clients, we will be providing you with warm leads from our clientele in the $500k-$1M range, within a three-hour radius of Austin. We have well established systems for lead management, marketing, buyer/seller scripts and transaction management that you will follow. These systems will also benefit your business and help propel your production to the next level.

Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, forms, addendums, disclosures, etc.)
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Cooperate with agents, escrow companies, lenders and inspectors
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
- Respond promptly to inbound leads developed by TX Real Estate
- Daily update client contacts and transaction stages in our software
- Participate in weekly Sales meetings
- Practice and hone your presentations and scripts
Qualifications
- Texas real estate agent’s or broker’s license
- Must be in good standing with the local realtor board, or an inactive agent who can immediately move his/her license.
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson for a minimum of two years
- Proven track record of successful transactions, preferably some in ranch and land sales
- Preferred background knowledge in land transactions, ranching, farming, land improvements
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proactive and thorough problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Reliable, follows through on commitments
- Retains healthy levels of initiative and self-assurance
- Stays calm under pressure
- Experience with utilizing client management software
- Experience with Google Workspace apps
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Willingness to relocate in proximity to Austin, TX
Employment Arrangement
- This is a 1099 Contractor relationship
- Compensation is by commission (commission splits will be discussed in the interview process)
- Quarterly bonuses are awarded for excellent performance
