Senior Audit Accountant
Ross Buehler Falk & Company is looking to hire an Experienced Senior Audit Accountant to work primarily in our accounting and auditing team at our midsize accounting firm, located in Lancaster, PA.
The ideal candidate
- Is a quick learner with a can-do attitude.
- Has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented, and driven to produce work at high standards of quality.
- Works well in a collaborative environment.
- 5-7 year Audit Accounting experience required.
- Familiarity with Thomson Reuters software a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or related degree with courses taken in accounting, or comparable work experience required.
- CPA, or working towards certification is preferred

- Professional communication with clients and team members
- Perform audit, review and compilation engagements.
- Build relationships with clients and learn to identify client needs
- Keep open communication with managers, and complete assignments in a timely manner.
- Contact clients to gather information, resolve problems, make recommendations.

Must be able to work onsite in Lancaster. After the initial onboarding period is completed (6 months), this position qualifies for our hybrid schedule, with the ability to work remotely a maximum of 3 days a week.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
