Kinney Lane is a rapidly growing and innovative provider of fresh and nutritious meals. We are looking for a Associate Culinary Director to join our collaborative, no ego team. As the ACD you will play a key role in overseeing the end-to-end operations of our service. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our daily operations, from customer orders to procurement of ingredients to the final delivery to our customers.
You will also be responsible for driving culinary innovations, and ensuring the successful launch of new business openings. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong experience in excel and/or google sheets. Experience with healthy cooking and seasonal products is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily food production
Menu development
Collaborate with the culinary team to plan and schedule meal production efficiently
Uphold and create better systems for production documentation
Implement quality control measures to ensure that all meals meet our standards for taste and presentation
Implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and minimize costs.
Oversee inventory management and maintain optimal stock levels.
Manage the logistics of meal distribution, including route optimization and delivery scheduling.
Help develop new product launches

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred, but not required.
