Program Service Director

Schedule: Monday through Friday First Shift
Location: Can be hybrid, remote or onsite within North Carolina.
LIFESPAN Services is a non-profit that provides community-based programming to children and adults in 20 counties in North Carolina. We are actively seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Program Service Director to lead a team of 9+ Program Coordinators across North Carolina.
Under the leadership of the Sr. Director of Program Services, you will ensure daily operational activities and administration duties of program services are managed and performing efficiently and effectively yielding a positive outcome so those served and employed will improve and flourish to their greatest ability.
$Starting salary: $60,000 annually

What We’re Looking For:
To join our team, you must be passionate about helping others, determined to make a difference, and willing to learn and grow with our team. We also require:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Business, Communications, Finance, Leadership, or other related fields
- Three years of experience in the adult I/DD community
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for day-to-day job performance
- 5 years in a supervisory management role
