Job Description: Financial Analyst
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic restaurant group. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, generating insights, and providing recommendations to support our business decisions and strategies. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with our finance team and restaurant management to drive financial performance and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports. Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor actual performance against budget and forecasts, and provide variance analysis.
- Operational Analysis: Analyze operational data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and revenue enhancement.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, decision-making, and investment evaluations.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and benchmarking to stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and competitive landscape.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc financial analysis as requested by senior management and other stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with restaurant managers, operations, and marketing teams to gather relevant data and provide financial insights to support their goals.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Assist in the preparation of financial documents for audits and regulatory filings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
