If you have a gift at building relationships and finding pain points in the B2B sales process, Soren wants to pay you well to sell transportation & logistics services. Our residual commission structure, paired with a support team for your customers, makes it possible for a salesperson to make as much money as they want to.
There are two key measures of success in this role. The first is how much profit your customers generate in their first year with Soren and the second is the profit generated from your entire book of business. You will receive commission and bonuses based on these metrics on top of salary.
Emails get first downs, phone calls get touchdowns, and in person customer visits are how you win the game. Soren needs a B2B sales rep that has proven they are strong with each of these channels. We are open to sales reps adjusting their prospecting approach to where they have a competitive advantage.
The Soren office is not the usual boring office; we have lunch delivered every day, recess on Wednesdays, and quarterly team activities. When the company hits its annual goals, the entire company goes on a cruise or goes to a resort.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
