LQR serves both residential and commercial property owner's roofing and solar needs.
We are currently in search of a proven sales professional for our Sales Field Trainer opportunity. This role supports our branch leadership and the sales development of our field roofing sales representatives
Responsibilities:
- Support branch sales and development operations.
- Oversee field territory mapping and canvassing.
- Report data to upper management for coaching and training purposes.
- Maintain a regular schedule for visiting on site with reps to ensure the proper attention is being given to all new trainees.
- Help coach and train your field team in the following areas:
- Door knocking and door hanging
- Closing the inspections at the doorPreset appointment conversation at the door techniques
- Collateral damage investigation
- Filling out an inspection checklist properly
- Safety on the roof & ladder safety
- Taking photos properly
Requirements
- Experience in roofing or closely related industry
- Must be able and willing to climb a ladder and complete a roof inspection.
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to travel within a 60-mile radius of the office.
- Must have evening and weekend availability.
- This is not a 9-5 position.
