- Oversee the daily operations of a busy medical office, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Supervise and manage a team of medical office staff, providing guidance and support
- Implement and maintain systems and procedures to optimize office efficiency
- Manage patient scheduling, ensuring timely appointments and minimizing wait times
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely patient care
- Maintain medical records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Handle financial management tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and budgeting
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical office management or a related field
- Strong knowledge of medical office procedures, systems, and regulations
- Proficiency in using medical office software such as Office Ally and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in financial management, including billing, insurance claims, and budgeting
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage a busy medical office environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Ability to supervise and lead a team, fostering a positive work environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $60.00 per hour
