Role Overview: The Office Manager will play a crucial role in managing the administrative functions of our rental operations. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting our team and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and QuickBooks for financial management, scheduling, and operational tasks.
- Manage customer interactions, including inquiries, reservations, and feedback, to ensure a high level of service.
- Support the team in administrative capacities, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Implement and maintain organizational systems and processes for optimal performance.
- Uphold company policies and industry standards in all operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role. Automotive or car rental industry experience is a plus but not required.
- Expertise in Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and QuickBooks.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
