POSITION SUMMARY- Enables the success of student academic achievement through implementation of the curriculum and philosophy and Complete behavioral assessments and develop behavior support plans; work with teachers, families, administration and other team members to implement the student's behavior support plans.- Provide training, resources, and guidance in behavioral interventions and the basics of ABA to support the student's behavior plan.- Setup, collect and graph data for each goal/objective in a behavior support plan; update the behavior support plan appropriately.- Attend team meetings for IEP, 504s and MTSS. Recommended Qualifications: - Minimum Requirements: Current BCBA Certification- Experience with Vineland, ABLLS-R, or other related assessments.- Effective written and verbal communication skills.- Proficient in Word and Excel- Leadership and team management skills- Interpersonal and communication skills- Organizational and self-management skills; Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively- Goal orientation; Planning and execution skills- Problem solving abilities- Dependability; Readiness to go above and beyond when necessary to reach goals Employment Requirements: Must meet all employment requirements including, but not limited to, country and local education and certification requirements, reference checks, and criminal background checksEOE.
