MCA was established in 1986, when privately-owned ambulance services were just beginning operations in our region. MCA maintains a full spectrum EMS billing service. We cover every critical element related to the billing process ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

Experience in medical claims billing & coding, insurance verification, payments posting or insurance claims auditing/follow-up is beneficial. Depending on department placement, successful candidates will be able to use information on ambulance run sheet to determine accuracy, take measures to obtain any missing information and use information to bill the proper entities. May need to audit on the back end to determine reason for no payment by payers and take measure to correct the issue to ensure proper payment. Familiarity with payments posting a plus. Familiarity with different types of medical insurances as well as Medicaid and Medicare also a plus. MCA is also looking for candidates for our support department positions which are an integral part of MCA as they help ensure that the other departments can focus on production. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and work well with others.
