Aims of this role
Assist the company and business leaders in enhancing departmental operations and efficiency through thorough investigation, hypothesis testing, and performance tracking. Play a pivotal role in all facets of business enhancement: data aggregation, reporting, analysis, opportunity identification, facilitating and propelling action, and assessing the value generated by initiatives. Responsibilities
Collaborate with C-suite executives and business leaders to pinpoint avenues for enhancing systems and processes. Oversee projects by formulating hypotheses, drafting project blueprints, executing implementations, and monitoring performance. Analyze quantitative data and qualitative research to pinpoint avenues for expansion, profitability, efficacy, and efficiency across various company entities and their divisions. Ensure that new initiatives or system enhancements have clearly defined hypotheses or outcomes, and establish the framework for accurate monitoring of effectiveness and attainment of desired outcomes. Construct, refine, and enhance models to assess business requirements and their ramifications. Convey outcomes clearly and in a timely manner to pertinent stakeholders. Document and disseminate the results of your endeavors and the projects you are spearheading for improvement. Forge meaningful and enduring relationships with partners to optimize systems integration, and address queries and apprehensions from managers and executives with corroborative research and recommendations. Required competencies and qualifications
Two or more years of experience in finance, analytics, and systems development. Proficiency in SQL and adeptness in database management. Demonstrated analytical prowess, encompassing advanced Excel modeling and data visualization. Capability to translate data into succinct executive summaries and presentations. Superlative communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in finance, management information systems, information technology, computer science, or related fields. Robust working knowledge of pertinent Microsoft applications. Proven ability to oversee projects and user testing. Extensive experience in data visualization.
