- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry, record keeping, and document management
- Familiarity with web design, Internet funnel sales marketing
- Strong clerical skills, including typing, filing, and organizing documents
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is beneficial but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with phone systems and proper phone etiquette
