Design
The Contractor shall provide multimedia support in design, development, and delivery for various software products.
- The Contractor shall provide computer based tutorials (CBT), e-learning solutions, video production, CDs, and graphical presentations.
- The Contractor shall participate in requirements gathering sessions for multimedia activities and other meetings required.
- The Contractor shall provide reports, charts, reference material, training modules, courseware, and multimedia presentations and demonstrations at Sponsor’s request.
- The Contractor shall maintain and disseminate a graphics library across SharePoint sites and shared drives for organizations.
- The Contractor shall illustrate book covers and artwork for Support Briefings, customer presentations, and other in-house study guides.
- The Contractor shall produce, format, and animate PowerPoint briefings, posters, pamphlets, handouts, booklets, and infographics.
- The Contractor shall represent the Sponsor to outside vendors in placing designs and insignia on a variety of internal posters, seals, coins, mugs and communication.
Development
- The Contractor shall collaborate with team members, customers, service providers and developers to identify and analyze requirements to determine technical requirements.
- The Contractor shall communicate with network personnel and web site hosting agencies to address hardware and software issues affecting web sites.
- The Contractor shall confer with the Sponsor to prioritize needs, resolve conflicts, and choose solutions.
- The Contractor shall create searchable indices for web page content.
- The Contractor shall create web models prototypes that include physical, interface, logical, or data models.
- The Contractor shall design and implement web site security measures such as firewalls or message encryption.
- The Contractor shall design, build, and maintain web sites, using authoring or scripting languages, content creation tools, management tools, and digital media.
- The Contractor shall develop databases that support web applications and websites.
- The Contractor shall develop system interaction or sequence diagrams.
- The Contractor shall develop web site maps, application models, image templates, or page templates that meet project goals, user needs, and industry standards.
- The Contractor shall document technical factors such as server load, bandwidth, database performance, and types of browsers and devices.
- The Contractor shall develop and validate test routines and schedules to ensure that test cases mimic external interfaces and address all browser and device types.
- The Contractor shall execute unit and functional test plan and document test results.
- The Contractor shall establish appropriate server directory trees.
- The Contractor shall evaluate code to ensure that it is valid, properly structured, meets industry standards and is compatible with browsers, devices, and operating systems.
- The Contractor shall evaluate and recommend server hardware or software for Sponsor consideration.
- The Contractor shall Identify and maintain links to and from other web sites ensure proper functioning of the links.
- The Contractor shall identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and correct or refer problems to appropriate personnel for correction.
- The Contractor shall incorporate technical considerations into web site design plans, such as budgets, equipment, performance requirements, or legal issues including accessibility and privacy.
- The Contractor shall install and configure hypertext transfer protocol (HTTP) servers and associated operating systems.
- The Contractor shall monitor security system performance logs to identify problems and notify security specialists when problems occur.
- The Contractor shall perform web site tests according to planned schedules or after any web site or product revisions.
- The Contractor shall provide clear, detailed descriptions of web site specifications to include product features, activities, software, communication protocols, programming languages, operating systems software and hardware.
- The Contractor shall recommend and implement performance improvements.
- The Contractor shall register web sites with search engines to increase web site traffic.
- The Contractor shall renew domain name registrations.
- The Contractor shall research, document, rate, or select alternatives for web architecture and technologies.
- The Contractor shall select programming languages, design tools, and applications.
- The Contractor shall write supporting code for web applications or web sites.

- Demonstrated experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CS Master Collection.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Office to include PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated experience with HTML, MS Visio, SharePoint, and SharePoint Designer
Development
- Demonstrated experience as a full stack developer.
- Demonstrated experience using HTML, CSS, web design concepts, and UX/UI skills.
- Demonstrated experience using Rails, Django, Flask for Python, and Cake PHP for PHP.
- Demonstrated experience with Mongo, Postgre SQL, MySQL, and SQL.
- Demonstrated experience identifying and validating website development requirements.
- Demonstrated experience finessing site workflow architectures.
- Demonstrated experience adding new features, optimizing, scaling, or improving stability and performance of websites
- Demonstrated experience using JavaScript, Joomla, SharePoint or additional web development languages.
- Demonstrated experience with web application development, server and database management.
