Implement continuous improvement program for multiple sites in North America. Will establish standardized processes and manage the deployment of the performance system, contributing to manufacturing metrics regarding productivity and engagement.
The compensation package for this position will include a base salary, annual bonus, and employee benefits that are effective the first day of employment.

- Identify key personnel and understand the organizational model for multiple sites.
- Conduct site assessment and shop-floor activity analysis, gathering data and compiling recommendations to improve productivity.
- Implement standards and a continuous improvement program at multiple sites. Will lead improvement projects (DMAIC, Lean, Kaizen), training site users on relevant processes and the performance system for manufacturing processes.
- Identify gaps and develop an action plan to include the monitoring of performance against key metrics, tracking progress.
- Support optimization implementation, providing training and coaching as required.
- Conduct audits on effectiveness of work process and leadership behaviors.
- Conduct monthly review of annual strategy and the status of key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Chemistry, Technology, or related field.
- 5 years' operations experience in the coatings industry or chemical manufacturing in a Production Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, or related role.
- Prior experience using continuous improvement tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
- Effective communication and project management skills with the ability to lead transformation and change.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to provide recommendations to resolve identified issues.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledgeable of continuous improvement and enterprise resource planning software.
- Ability to travel up to 50%.
