Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
>Greeting patients upon arrival
>Answering calls and routing appropriately
>Place outgoing calls to patients with provider direction (Follow up calls)
>Document/Correspondence routing
>Check in - Check out
>Scheduling appointments
>Various administrative duties-insurance verification, prior authorizations, medical paperwork, social media and marketing projects.
We are looking for a flexible candidate to join our Kuna clinic working approximately 32-40 hours per week (approximately 8 hours shifts 4 or 5 days/week). Preference may be given to those holding a Medical Assisting degree/certificate but wanting to work in the administration side of a medical office. This can be a fast paced position and has varying degrees of stressful situations.
Salary is depending upon experience and will be based on the IMGMA Salary guidelines.
