What does the role look like?
- Working one on one with residential clients (over the phone) to discuss services, products and answer questions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Account Management, and Project Management, to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing support.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- 2 Years of experience in a call centre or CS over the phone
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient with using Excel, Word, Google Docs.
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Able to work from 9-5 in office.
- CRM experience
