Job Title – Insurance Specialist/Admin Assistant
Job Overview – Investment company located in north Tarrant County, Texas specializing in Life Settlement investments. We are seeking someone who has experience working with the insurance industry and is efficient in all phases of office administration. They must possess strong Microsoft Office skills, very effective oral and written communicative skills, and the ability to think outside of the basic process and initiate action.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage monthly premium payments on multiple UL life insurance policies. Coordinate and communicate with multiple insurance carriers regarding policy premiums, status, and claims.
2. Maintain and document files on each life policy regarding status notes, policy correspondence, and premium optimizations.
Additional Job Responsibilities:
3. General Office Administration: a. Copy, scan and fax b. Handle company mail. Assist on phones providing excellent customer service to investment clients.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
