AccuSearch, LLC is a background screening company with over 30 years of experience in Arizona and almost 13 years experience in Nevada. As the local experts and boots on the ground, we provide excellent service for companies seeking to perform background searches with Arizona and Nevada components with a focus on public records research.
The Processing Specialist collaborates with individuals and handles data to deliver exceptional support and produce accurate reports for clients. Depending on the specific task, their responsibilities may include receiving and processing work orders, conducting verification calls, performing criminal record searches, and engaging with clients via phone and email. Their goal is to ensure quality assurance and provide outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
· Search and Compile Data: Processing Specialists search electronic records and databases for criminal and civil court cases. They identify relevant information and compile data to create accurate reports.
· Attention to Detail: With keen attention to detail, they quickly assess the accuracy of information across various databases. Precision is crucial in their work.
· Collaboration and Problem-Solving: Processing Specialists actively participate in collaboration sessions with colleagues at all levels of the organization. They work together to solve problems, share ideas, and drive progress.
· Client Communication: Excellent customer service skills are essential. They communicate with clients and state agencies via phone and email, ensuring effective and professional interactions.
· Document Management: Processing Specialists file legal documents with state agencies and corporations. They also retrieve legal documents from courthouses as needed.
· Computer Proficiency: Given the heavy use of computers (100%), they must be proficient in using various software tools and databases.
· Additional Responsibilities: In addition to the above, they perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of their team.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Criminal Background Check: Candidates must pass a criminal background check.
- Drug Test: Successful completion of a drug test is required.

- Availability: Available to work full-time during regular business hours (8 hour standard shifts ranging between 7 am to 7 pm).

- Data Entry Accuracy: Proficient and highly accurate in data entry.
