Senior Helpers of Havertown is looking for an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!
The Scheduler will staff caregivers with clients throughout Delaware and Chester Counties.
Primary Responsibility (including, but not limited to):
- Schedule and coordinate caregivers based on assessment and care plan information for new and existing clients.
- Handling all incoming and outgoing calls.
- Responsible for detailed documentation of all daily interactions.
- Maintain all scheduling of caregivers and respond to situations where scheduling conflicts, emergencies, and/or “call-outs” arise. The company schedule must be complete for the next business day/weekend before leaving for the day.
- Track and record in the internal database all instances of assignment refusals, call-outs, late arrivals, early departures, client/caregiver feedback, etc. Share information with the team.
- Communication with the recruiting department all hiring needs.
- Responsible for compliance of caregivers based on their assignments.
- Schedule during after hours/weekends during the On-call in rotation
- Any additional tasks that may be needed for top-notch client customer service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years in a staffing/recruiting position.
- Professional experience in the field of customer service.
- Familiar with the healthcare/home care industry.
- Willing to work On-call after hours and on weekends
- Team player, excellent communication skills, adaptable in different situations, possesses excellent client interaction skills, able to multi-task and work independently.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
