**Overview:** We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the HR department, handling various HR functions and supporting the organization's overall HR strategies. **Duties:** - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding - Administer employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with regulations - Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management - Conduct data collection and analysis to support HR metrics and reporting - Oversee payroll processes and ensure accuracy in timekeeping and payroll systems - Assist in affirmative action planning and compliance efforts - Coordinate Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) processes - Support organization design initiatives and change management efforts - Manage employee records and HR documentation in compliance with legal requirements **Skills:** - Proficiency in HR sourcing techniques and tools - Strong knowledge of HR software systems such as Taleo and SAP - Experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting - Familiarity with employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements including OSHA - Excellent interpersonal skills for effective employee relations - Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality - Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently If you are a dedicated HR professional with a passion for supporting employees and contributing to organizational success, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
