LaVida Massage of Sugar Hill is a Beautiful Massage Center and Day Spa serving clients from Buford, Cumming, Duluth, Suwanee, Flowery Branch, Johns Creek, and Lawrenceville.
We're hiring experienced sales associates to join our amazing, supportive, and quickly growing team for part time work.

SCHEDULE:
NOTE: We are currently ONLY looking for those that can work M-F 8-5pm.
We have a part-time position available that would be responsible for the center during peak times, including some weekdays and weekend days.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales
- Meet goals for membership sales
- Effectively promote and sell retail products
- Drive seasonal promotions
Guest Scheduling
- Have a friendly, welcoming phone presence
- Be extremely detail-oriented to efficiently book appointments
- Be able to prioritize and multi-task to manage high-volume calls
- Maintain thorough and accurate client notes
Guest Relations
- Have a genuine interest in getting to know clients
- Be able to converse with and connect to clients of different ages and backgrounds
- Ensure clients are cared for, from the minute they walk through the door to the time that they leave the center
Teamwork
- We help each other help our guests, and it is a core part of our approach to provide a seamless experience. Thus, ability to work effectively and positively with massage therapist and esthetician teams is crucial
Center Operations & Cleanliness
- It is really important that we maintain an organized and clean environment for our guests and our team. The front desk is responsible for hourly walk-through of the center to ensure that the lobby, restrooms, laundry room and break-room are clean and organized.
- Daily cleaning including vacuuming, dusting, and mopping and cleaning of restrooms
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record in retail sales
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash register operation, and stocking procedures
- Experience with appointment scheduling (such from medical offices, spas, etc)
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in conducting product demos and upselling techniques
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior experience in high dollar sales and merchandising is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with multilingual capabilities being a plus

Eight years ago, I quit a 6-figure job that felt soulless and didn’t have meaning to me, and began doing massage and coaching as a solo-preneur. In 2021, my larger dream to impact thousands of people each year in a meaningful way was realized as we opened this center! And I’m proud to say, my team and I are making a difference every day!! :)
