**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals of all ages. Your expertise in Vascular and medical documentation will enable you to deliver exceptional care in various settings. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills in sterile processing, utilization review, and laboratory procedures.
**Duties:**
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide ongoing care and education to patients and their families.
- Diagnose and treat patients with a range of medical conditions, including chronic diseases and acute illnesses.
- Prescribe and administer medications, including antibiotics, antivirals, and pain management medications.
- Perform a variety of medical procedures, including wound care and wrapping of extremities.
- Document patient care and treatment plans in a thorough and accurate manner.
- Participate in utilization review to ensure that patient care is evidence-based and cost-effective.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other advanced practice providers.
**Qualifications:**
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state where the position is located.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Postgraduate training in a relevant area, such as pediatrics or emergency medicine.
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner through a nationally recognized certifying organization.
- Experience in vascular and medical documentation.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and sterile processing techniques.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $118,749.00 - $126,197.00 per year
Expected hours: 8 – 18 per week
