Although you will be part of an elite team of learning experts, you will work with a lot of autonomy in managing all activities related to delivery of Hogan’s Global Learning and Development programs, including live public enrollment certifications events, private client workshops, and e-learning courses. Essential Functions:
Ensure an exceptional learning experience through meticulous planning, seamless logistics, registration management, and robust customer support. Attends events to ensure smooth delivery, provides facilitation support, and initiates learner follow-up activities. Responsibilities will encompass a range of tasks to uphold our commitment to excellence.

Field certification lead inquiries via email and phone.

Efficiently process registrations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Monitor and track the completion of pre-workshop assignments to ensure preparedness.

Prepares client project billing and reviews invoices.

Provides general system support to external clients, employees/partners.

Generates reports and maintains records.

Travel to and coordinate at least two in-person workshops a year.

Collaborate with the IT team to contribute to the development and enhancement of our in-house workshop platform.

Gain in-depth knowledge of multiple LMS (Learning Management System) platforms and their integrations.

Schedules and facilitates LMS administrator training for Hogan employees/partners/distributors.

Provide customer support to Hogan’s international distributors in their learning and development efforts.

Requirements:
Experience and Education Requirements:

One to three years of experience working in a customer-facing job preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required with a concentration in business, hospitality management, human resources, psychology, or strongly preferred.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position; typical hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some flexibility in hours is allowed with approval. Employee must work 30 or more hours per week to maintain full-time status.
