Our guiding star is a one-click prescribing experience that includes access to 35k drug microsites with AI support, product sampling, facilitation of real-time insurance coverage and related tooling for HCP’s to overcome utilization management hurdles. And we’re only half-way through our product roadmap.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Head of Product Design & Research, you will play a critical role in shaping our research function to serve the HCP experience. We are looking for a self-motivated UX Researcher who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, with autonomy and ownership. You are comfortable course correcting misalignment and value assumptions, able to think through complex challenges, and are able to align cross-functional teams around your research in order to launch successful products.. You will expand our panel recruitment efforts and the continuous improvement of our research communications and cross-pollination of user insights.
Key Responsibilities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, product designers, marketing, engineering, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-value research questions
Regularly communicate with teams to ensure that insights may effectively influence product strategy and design iterations.
Serve as the voice of the user within cross-functional teams, consistently championing user needs and perspectives in all points of decision-making.
Research Studies
Plan and conduct comprehensive primary research using diverse methodologies.
Develop studies that explore both user behaviors and attitudes.
Skillfully navigate and prioritize research initiatives in a dynamic setting.
Implement and manage the execution of research studies, ensuring accurate data collection, thorough analysis, and synthesis of user feedback to uncover key insights and trends
Produce insights that inspire innovation and assess design effectiveness.
Research Coordination
Recruit, schedule, and communicate with research participants, ensuring a diverse and representative sample of users for each study.
Manage the logistics and coordination of research studies, including collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
Maintain and update a comprehensive research calendar, tracking all ongoing and upcoming research activities to ensure timely and organized study execution.
Improving Research Communications
Develop and refine communication materials that articulate the value and goals of research studies to both participants and invested stakeholders.
Create clear and engaging reports and presentations that convey key insights and their implications for product design and strategy.
Iterate on communication strategies based on feedback to enhance stakeholder understanding and engagement with proposed studies and research findings.
Build and maintain a centralized repository, ensuring that insights are easily discoverable
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in UX research focused on applied research for product development; 3 years+ if you Masters degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Cognitive Science, or related field
Strong case studies showcasing your impact on product design and strategy.
Proficiency with industry-standard research platforms
Experience effectively managing research operations and participant recruitment
Commitment to ethical research practices and regulatory compliance, particularly in healthcare
Experience working in the healthcare technology sector is preferred, but not an absolute requirement; the breadth of early-stage responsibilities is also highly looked on
To be successful the right human will have

Previous success overseeing research for multiple products within the same ecosystem
The capacity to see the complexities of the healthcare industry as opportunities, not obstacles
Compensation: This salary range for this role is $95,000 to $120,000 based on location and experience. There is a bonus.
