This position will initially require 3 days per week onsite in Stuart, Florida and up two days per week can be remote support from home if selected candidate is local to the Stuart, Florida area.
Artemis IT is a Managed Services Provider based in Melbourne, Florida providing services to clients through out the Central Florida Region. Our team of nearly 50 professionals work together to deliver on our mission to Make I.T. Work for our clients. We provide comprehensive services to our clients that range from help desk through cloud and on-premise infrastructure design, implementation, and managed support. Some clients elect to outsource their entire IT operation to us, while others choose to engage us on a project-by-project basis in partnership with internal IT teams.
We are looking for candidates who like a small company environment, enjoy working with multiple different customers, and welcome the challenge that comes with providing IT support, direction and guidance to small and medium size business owners and their teams.
This position will be providing end-user and system maintenance support for multiple customers. It requires responding to customer requests within defined service level agreements. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, be capable of explaining simple procedures in writing or verbally, and be comfortable providing support both in person and remotely.
Candidate must have a strong grasp of current desktop operating systems, an understanding of network infrastructure, and experience with servers and virtualization would be preferred.
The position will provide remote, phone, and on-site support for customers.
A passion for providing GREAT customer service is a must.
Primary responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues

- Maintain Desktop, Server, Printers, Network, Cell Phone and Security Devices
- Maintain accurate customer documentation
- Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
- Provide Windows Desktop and Server Operating System Support
- Provide Desktop and Server Hardware Support
- Support network hardware and software
- On-call rotation
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications: MSCE, CompTIA A+, Net+ or Sec+
- Strong working experience with Windows Desktop
- Experience with Windows Server
- Working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Active Directory
- Experience with DHCP, VLAN’s, and DNS
- Experience with Networking, Routing, and Firewall Devices
- Experience with Virtualization (VMWare and MS Hyper-V)
- Experience with SAN storage devices
