- Our menu is centered around a spin on Polynesian-American style cuisine with a wide selection of fresh seafood and red meat. Our bars (one downstairs inside, and one upstairs on the rooftop). Each new member of the team will be given the ability to train and learn. We are looking for people who communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork, take pride and responsibility in executing each task given.
- Tasks include; Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to each client and maintain a safe environment. Keep all service areas clean in accordance with the company’s guidelines as well as the requirements of the local health department. Maintain an accurate cash handling throughout the shift. Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied at all times.
